Our Processing time is 3-5 business days before your order will be shipped. Please take this into consideration if you're make a time sensitive purchase.

It is reccomended to use Priority Shipping in order to insure your package up to $100. This also provides ease of mind if you're concerned about lost packages. If you would like to insure your package over $100, simply place your order with priority shipping and contact us to add a higher insurance value. This is a good option if you are spending several hundred or even over a thousand dollars. This makes it so usps will have to pay you your money back if they lose a package.

After you have placed your order and contacted us for higher insurance value, we will create another listing for you to purchase more insurance coverage. This is usually no more than an extra $5.

If your package is lost and you did not choose to insure the package, unfortunately there will be nothing I can do to help, nor will I be ble to refund you.

There are many different ways to cleanse and recharge your crystals. It is always best to do some research on the crystals you're cleansing before you move forward. Some crystals are sensitive to sunlight or water. For those reasons the best ways to cleanse and charge your crystals are as follows.

Smoke Cleansing - You can use incense or sage to cleanse your crystals by simply passing them through the smoke a few times.

Cleasning & Charging by way of Clear Quartz or Selenite - You can cleanse and re-charge your crystals by simply placing them atop a piece of selenite or clear quartz. If you have a large enough piece of either of these crystals, you can just simply place them near it.
